Praise for Deathrealms

“Not since those early Weird Tales issues has another periodical successfully been a venue for such a massive number of innovative voices. Deathrealm wasn’t merely, as its tagline suggested, The Land Where Horror Dwells; it is the place where the future of horror dwells. If you want to know what night-terrors will be haunting you in the next decade, then read this book. It works better than any crystal ball ever could.”
—Nick Curtis, The Horror Vault

“If you never read Deathrealm magazine, this will show you what you have missed. If you remember the magazine, it is like a visit from an old friend. Either way, this selection of stories will leave you hoping there is another to come…”
—Chris Welch, Hellnotes

“A few years back, when small press horror magazines were flourishing, one of the very best was Deathrealm edited by Stephen Mark Rainey. The magazine is no longer with us, but Rainey has provided this new anthology of stories in the same tradition. The roster of stories is an excellent one, with fine work from Jeffrey Osier, W.H. Pugmire, Wayne Allen Sallee, Elizabeth Massie, Jeff VanderMeer, and others.”
—Don D’Ammassa, Critical Mass
